ONLINE: DIY Haggadah Jam (for your Social Distancing Seder)

Zoom meeting info:
https://zoom.us/j/4166474376

UPDATE:

Well, things have certainly changed since we first conceived of this event. Originally, it was created to be a space where people could come together (in person) to physically create Haggadot that reflected their values and leave feeling empowered to host the seder of their dreams.

Now, as many of us have no choice but to do so, it is more important than ever that we feel prepared and excited to tell this story.

Join us on Zoom this Sunday, as we collectively share resources, ask questions, provide answers, and get ready to meet this challenge with joy and intention.

Please come with any ideas you’d like to share, questions you’d like answered, and any materials that hold meaning to you.

New Years for Trees: Sunday Morning Tu Bishvat Meditation

Join Aaron, Paul and Andi for a morning of mindfulness and meditation to get ready for Tu BiShvat, which will begin in the evening after the morning’s retreat. There will be instructions suitable for first-time or long-time meditators, chanting, sitting and teachings as a way to get us connected with sap rising in the trees around us.

The space will be held in “social silence”, meaning we will try to drop fully into reflective practice, without being distracted by conversation, until the end of the morning’s retreat.

The mindful morning will be followed by a social dairy potluck lunch.

The program is offered free of charge and donations (dana) for the teachers will be requested, from those inspired to give, at the end.

Schedule
10:00am – 10:30am – Registration, tea
10:30am – 1:00 pm – Meditation Retreat
1:00 pm – 2:00 pm – Lunch
